I have always been self-conscious about my legs, thighs, and butt and in December, I decided to do something about it. I bought the DB Method machine as a gift to myself. I was skeptical, but decided to try it anyway. I started using it on December 15, 2023 for about 5 minutes a day (the recommendation is 10 minutes a day. After a week, I decided to change from duration (5 minutes) to frequency of squats (100 squats).
As of today (January 17, 2024), about one month since I started using the machine, I can feel the muscles in my thighs and butt getting tighter. While I still have a lot of work to do, I am happy with the machine and believe it is making a difference in my body.
